Fly Named After Beyonce

The CSIRO has named a species of horse fly after the one and only Beyonce. According to the National Insect Collection researcher at the CSIRO, Bryan Lessard, the Scaptia (Plinthina) beyonceae is characterised by its spectacular gold colour, making it the "all time diva of flies".
